Those recordings become training data in the cloud. The model learns from thousands of expert demonstrations, then stress-tests each skill across millions of simulated variations — new boxes, new shelves, new lighting — until it works anywhere.

The finished skill deploys wirelessly to every robot at once. Each one picks with the technique it learned from the pros — adapting to whatever's in front of it, working safely beside the crews who taught it.

03When do humanoid robots join the floor?
Only after a task clears agreed accuracy and throughput thresholds. We then deploy that skill to humanoid robots — hardware-agnostic, selected for your work — so they take on the repetitive cycles while people stay on the same floor for supervision, quality, and exceptions.
04Do I need to change my facility?
No. Deployments are designed to drop into existing operations, with people and robots working the same floor.
05When can I get robots on my site?
We are onboarding pilot customers now, starting with data capture on live shifts. First robot deployments are targeted for 2027. Early partners shape the task list and get priority access.
06What is Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS)?
Renting robot labor by the hour or by output instead of buying hardware. HireApp owns, trains, and maintains the robots; you pay for the work delivered.
